As with most electronic devices, there is a 90 warranty from date of shipment. Customers need to register their product at: www.safetyairsystems.com for the warranty to be activated. A dated sales receipt must accompany any warranty shipment. Customers can ship directly to Safety Air Systems, LLC, 920 Apollo Road, Suite #100, Eagan, MN 55121, USA, the customer must contact the SAS for a RTA (return authorization) for warranty and SAS will issue a call tag. During that time frame, SAS will cover round-trip freight provided that it truly is a warranty issue. If the unit is deemed out of warranty or not covered under the warranty, the customer must pay shipping for round trip back to him or her.
